Barry Lawson Associates has worked with several regional planning agencies in New York and Vermont in recent years as they develop strategic plans for their operations.  Typically we facilitate a retreat for staff focusing on the priorities for the coming months and years.

In 2006, we facilitated a one-day program for RRPC, similar to one conducted for the same organization a few years back.  This workshop resulted in a set of conclusions (and a final report from Lawson Associates) for the Commission to consider as it formulated it plans for the future.
